Laughter is a great stress-buster and is one of nature’s ways of helping us regain balance and perspective in our lives.  It is also a universal means of breaking down barriers and forging connections between people.

Laughter Yoga is a fun, energising workshop that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing. 

 Laughing Hearts is based in Birmingham, in the West Midlands, and provides groups and organisations with an experience of therapeutic laughter.
